So we really wanted- Yeah, I had a devastating moment yesterday where I was eating a box of crackers, like the sort of default cracker in my household.
And they updated the ingredient list without me realizing.
Because when I bought them, they were seed oil free.
And then at some point in the last two years, they added it.
And so I looked down at the ingredients list.
And I was like, no.
I just walked over to the trash.
Devastating.
But anyways, continue.

Just like you want to eat healthy, maybe you want to eat a salad, but sometimes you just need something that feels like a bit more dense.
