I understand wanting to have a certain type of community and you have a vision, you share that in a very professional way.

And I appreciate that so we can further understand the vision behind the community.

My concern is you're focusing a lot with studio and one bedrooms.

Ideally, I would like to see what we don't have already, which is more low income, two bedroom units and very low income, two bedroom units.

Why the decision to go with zero for a low income and 80%?
