Capital Crossing was very impressive where they put a cap on the highway, but then they put high-rises on the cap.
We are... Mr. Rodgers, we're not proposing that kind of superstructure where, you know, again, we're talking about the smallest of buildings that we're proposing on there.
Mayor Pro Tem, we are not proposing anything like a high-rise.
And on the contrary...
UT, again, my understanding from following them, they are proposing caps that will hold larger, again, multi-story, 10-story or so buildings.
That's my understanding.

In other words, they are in a not so different situation than we are where they don't have the money to go kind of all in at this point, but they're wisely deciding to future proof large portions of I-35 right next to the campus.
Again, UT is, you know,
150 years old, pretty close to 150 years old, you know, they're thinking decades ahead.
And they know that they're going to need more room.
They know that they have significant investments right there.
You know, the Moody Center, the football stadium, the soccer and track and field stadium, the baseball and softball right across the way.
