Uh not the strongest field, but I mean at least it was a runner-up.
He finished third at the players this year.
Like I I think it's a clear step back, and we would expect better things from Xander, but this is still a guy that's been consistently in major championships his entire career.
Still played well in the majors this year, top 18, top 20 in all four of them.
I'm not that worried about Xander going into next year.

That's a bigger concern that on the heels of the best golf he's played in his career, this year has been very underwhelming.
