So maybe it's not going to be one of the main storylines.
But that's that's something I'm curious how you guys think about this golf course coming in and then how your opinion evolves throughout the rest of the tournament.
I don't know, Kevin, where you are on Birkdale.
Yeah, I think too that part of maybe where this course suffers from what people think about is I think a lot of the strengths of the course are kind of earlier in the round.
I think the first 12 holes are some of the best holes in the most interesting variety.
And probably generally, we think about professional golf venues when it has a wildly entertaining closing stretch.
That tends to be something that people like.
But to your point, Andy...
What I would just emphasize from from having been there and then, you know, looking at some of the past winners and rewatching some of those tournaments, the shot value is really high.
It just is like there's some elevated tee boxes where if there's wind, you have to strike the ball.
Well, you have to be able to control your trajectory.
So I think to your point about will the golf course be the main character?
You know, probably not.
But if the wind does blow, I know it's not forecast to, but if it if it does pick up, it's going to be a really fun test that I think people are going to be pretty grabbed by.
there's a lot of, there's changes that the changes are going to be a popular talking point, but I don't think they're gonna have a super significant impact on the tournament, but go ahead.
I think this is a great litmus test for Rory, and we've talked often about how he's the most complete version of himself, that he's a much better player now than he was 10 to 15 years ago.
The iron play has been pretty sharp this year.
The driving accuracy has been a little bit hit or miss.
And so I think with particularly this golf course, Brookdale,
it does mute one of his biggest strengths which is power and it's not a golf course that you can overpower it's not a golf course that you can freely swing away with driver it's going to take driver out of his hands often it'll be interesting to see like some of these dog legs where rory tries to go over corners and where he plays with an iron off of the tee more conservatively so i think it's a great it's it's not like my dream fit for rory i think there are some ways in which
