What I've been thinking about the last couple of days as the PIF is exiting this investment and has nothing to show for it.

Like there's no there's nothing, no physical asset that PIF is getting out of any of this.

I've been thinking, what if instead of all this money they spent, billions of dollars, they had just decided to build one awesome golf tournament?

They had built a new course.

Tournament venue.

Scheduled it when it's not during a PGA tour event, invited 120 guys and said, You're playing for an $80 million purse this week, and built a sick, sick golf course that then the rest of the year people can come play.

Sort of like a TPC sawgrass type model.

I don't know that it works in Saudi Arabia.

Maybe they build it in the United States or somewhere else internationally, and just said, We're gonna build one awesome golf tournament.

We don't care if it's sanctioned by the OWG.

GR, it's just gonna be an an unbelievable tournament and people are gonna watch.

And if golfers aren't allowed to play because they can't get releases, we're we're willing to fight that lawsuit.

and spent a fraction of what they ended up spending.

And if it didn't work, at least at the end of it, you'd have an awesome golf course.

I honestly think that would have been way, way more effective than anything that they did.

So I don't know that the franchise model would have ever worked, but I do think there's a significant

Hole in the market for new tournament venues.

And I think if you had billions of dollars, that would honestly be an interesting way to spend it and try to capture something.

I y and not necessarily in Augusta.

You can't replicate the masters, but if they build that somewhere
