I hope Justin Rose proves me wrong.
I hope he does have one last push in him because I think he's been a historically important player.
And I think him winning a second major would feel right in terms of his talent and his contributions to this era.
I mean, almost coming up short in the Masters might have changed the trajectory of Max Homa's career.
He was a really good player in that moment.
Hits a bad shot on 12, has never really been the same player since.
And I think that that heartache is probably more to do with things than switching clubs, which he did as well.
It's kind of warranted, yeah.
I have come around to your camp, Joseph.
I used to think maybe during the Ryder Cup that some of this talk from you and PJ was cameoing propaganda.
And now I am among the converted.
I think that you have a really good case, particularly if he wins this week, that he has truly become a different player and probably is going to sustain that level.

and be someone who contends all the time in majors like it's he's proven it over the last six months uh and he just has skills that particularly with the driver
that other players do not have.
And that is such an enormous weapon.
I don't think you can discount any bit of what has happened.
He's been doing it on big ballparks, on different types of courses.
And I would love to see him stare down Rory and Scotty and basically say, you know what, I am one of you now, and I am going to be here for as long as you are and maybe longer.
