I mean...
I was blown out of the water.
And, you know, back then that was one of my first like bigger webinars.
And I didn't even know if that was good conversion rate or not.
I didn't know conversion rates.
And people were like, dude, that's really good.
Like you, you need to go do more webinars.
I was kind of afraid of webinars at first, but now I was like, you're right.
And not, not only to mention that, but I got, you know, I have a thousand people on my list.
and then so i was like okay well that was a quick way to build my email list when people are scrapping for you know 10 15 100 people and so i dropped everything and focused strictly on webinars for the last two years anything better how do you convince new jv partners especially your first one to market their lit market to their list for you what do you give them what's the kickback
So, well, we split it 50-50.
We split any sales 50-50.
And the main way that I approach them is a value for them.
So you've got to find what's valuable for them.
And I knew right off the bat that most JV partners are going to be, number one, strapped for time.
So they don't want to spend a lot of time setting up stuff.
So right off the bat, I said, I'll handle everything.
I'll make it look like you're the expert, you're hosting it.
But behind the scenes, I run all the tech.
So you have to worry about anything.
