You know, people go on and on about medical insurance, right?

Or not medical insurance, but malpractice insurance.

Well, there's a reason that's there.

You know, you don't have the same expectation of a first-year medical student as you do with somebody that might be a board-certified cardiologist, right?

Certainly he would have understood how, you know, from a pharmacological standpoint, how this is going to impact this man's heart.
