They out in Utah had a five day preliminary hearing.
So a lot of the specular stuff that people have been talking about for a period of time now, I think it's, what are we, 10 months down range, I think, at this point in time, or maybe a little bit more.

We got to see...
a lot of the evidence and hear from the people that were boots on the ground and that had been working this case for some time.
They actually presented their evidence and got in the preliminary hearing, which kind of let me break that down to understand this was not a trial.
All right.
This was solely before a judge and it was open to the public and tip the cap to them for
allowing cameras in here and you could see.
We love when they do that.
We do.
And there needs to be transparency in all of this.
I know that term gets thrown around a lot, but
You know, when you don't have transparency, that's when there are always questions.
And the country that we live in, you should be able to see and you should be able to hear what's going on, all right?
So, with that said, the preliminary hearing that took place over a five-day period was so that the judge could determine if there was, in fact, enough evidence to move forward with a trial.
Um, there's been a certain level of disappointment, I think, uh, because the world that we live in, uh, people want stuff instantaneously.
Uh, you know, folks say that all the time, don't they?
Well, the judge bow was presented with so much data.
