Yeah, so this past Sunday, I was very happy, as you two know, and I sent you a photo.
It all kitted up.
I had an awesome run on Sunday morning.

So I'm putting out this week, if you're a very fit athletic mid-30s, should you give up something you love because of a couple of knee injuries?
