It's hard for us to let the game go, right?
To just walk away from something we've been doing so long.
And for me, coaching now is just like playing.

We didn't win often with the Browns.
We had one winning season, that 10-6 year.

And it was, for me, it was sort of like redundant.
Like, you know, losing and then coming home feeling like I'm putting it all out there on the field.
I remember one game, we get back in town, and I'm driving back home on 71, and...
You know, it was just a somber moment.
And I felt like it was becoming a drag.
