And so this is kind of maybe a dodging the question, but I do try everything in New Zealand because I want to understand what works, what is out there.

what features are being introduced another thing that i have been doing a lot recently is uploading my financial information to ai chatbots and seeing what they're capable of doing in return and so a recent example is my mum had an injury overseas and wanted to try and help and so i asked her to forward me the insurance policy

And I uploaded it and gave the information.

You know, she's 76.

She was in Italy.

She was skiing at the time.

Here's details of the injury.

Can you list out the benefits?

And then I copy pasted that back to her.

And that's an example where reading the insurance policy is pretty hard and it's easy to get things wrong because there's so many qualifications and conditions in there.

This gave an easily digestible list of benefits so that my parents could consider, do we want to trigger this insurance policy?

Are any of these benefits worth it to us?

So enable them to very quickly answer that question and make a decision.

So I've been playing around with AI for specific questions like that.

Another example was just thinking about EVs, as a lot of people have been with the rise in fuel prices.

And I wanted to understand how much

my household had spent on at fuel stations and some other information that would lead us to

a cost-benefit calculation on what to do here.

So I think chatbots are a great way in the near term to be testing out their capabilities.
