I was surprised the first couple times I did matches.
I smartly
uh squatted up with like half of the people i knew or went to range days before and some of those folks had done competitions before and then we do range days and i'm out shooting them in range days but i assume they're just you know trying to practice new things or new guns or whatever but then when i went out and shot my first you know competition the concealed carrier league
that's easy math, you know, I've talked about before, it's only time, it's raw time only, you're not, you know, you can, there's no hit factor, so it's just, and Alpha Charlie is kind of the same, so it's very, very easy, especially someone like you guys that might have shot way more, especially if you're going into master class, but I was, I was blown away by the support, man, people like, you know, cheering you on, and telling you how to do stage planning, and
Like, I thought, like, I would have to plan the stage by myself.
And they're like, no, like, let me walk you through this.
And I didn't even do a full walkthrough.
And someone, like, dragged me by my shirt and said, no, walk the whole damn thing, dude.
Don't just half-ass this.
Take your time.
Right.
But there's apps for it too.
Yeah.
I'm with you.
I actually have not.
I've taken a couple.
I've taken one class with Buck, and it was when we were vetting a class for him.
And the main thing he taught us was confirmation levels, which was a new concept to me.
And the concept of draw speed is the same regardless of distance.
That was important, too.
