But I also that was when I first started thinking about speed.
And we played a couple of games with him that was discussing if you throw a delta, you don't get to finish the stage.
You're just done or movement.
And then we just played like lowest score wins.
Um, and I was getting better at my accuracy and my draw speed, but my speed through a stage was just slow.
My speed on the timer was just slow.
And I admit, you know, I don't practice nearly enough as I should, but I've taken his, his, that one session with him, which just gave me a ton of information.
Um, I've taken some lessons from Kevin Dixie, uh, and I've taken a couple from some folks at train and learn, uh, last year, but nothing like competition centric.
Yes, sir.
He knows that I don't because I don't build in the bandwidth, but he does know when I do shoot, it's always from concealment, so we're kindred spirits there.
He's a regular at the range that I go to, so, you know.
But yeah, he's always giving me crap that I need to jump in USPSA and squad up and also to squad up with people that are better than me.
That's an important thing.

Buck led and then Santi kind of like co-coached, but then it was with me and a bunch of the regulars.
And, you know, I was more focused on accuracy and Buck was pushing me on speed.
And then last year when I went through concealed carry league, that's when I started like identifying, and you just talked about this in your video, pushing outside of the comfort zone with speed because I didn't know what that felt like.
And then I didn't know how fast my splits could be because sometimes the ranges I go to are
put the brakes on me.
And I didn't know how fast I should be moving into targets and positions.
