Uh the greatest game of footy I've ever had the uh pleasure and privilege of watching, whether it be live or on the couch.

I was at home on the couch.

Heaven help those who are diehead uh diehard passionate fans of both teams, because I don't reckon my heart rate got down under 150 yesterday on the couch.

So I can only imagine how those in the stadium and at home were

feeling, particularly those who bar for the Hawks and the Lions, but it was a dead set privilege to watch those two teams throw down.

Yeah, they did their damage so quickly, Brisbane, that I was sitting there with my wife thinking, Good lord, what because my view all the way through the game was Hawthorne looked a superior beast.

They looked a team that was tr uh covering the ground a little bit better.

And I thought if Brisbane can keep it close, stay attached, you might be able to worry the Hawks out of this.

You might be able to keep them nervous for long enough that they

Make a mistake, and you, as the team that's been there and done that, can do that.

But Brisbane just went whackity, whack, whack, whack, up to 28 points, and you're thinking to yourself, okay, it's game over.

And I think everyone in the stadium and everyone watching thought the game was over, but they'd done their damage too quickly.

And Kuhn State left the Hawks way too much time, and you could just sense it.

Finally, the Hawks got some uh stuff going from centre bounce, and I reckon it was that ward clear.

Appearance to Gunston on the chest in space, and you thought to yourself, there's no chance this game's over.

Yeah, their ability to respond, Brisbane, both teams' ability to respond, to be honest, was was I thought the highlight of the night.

And as you said, the ability for both teams to to to to kick big goals and make their and take their chances.
