And so for the first time ever, I started thinking, I was like, man, what business would I create if I was going to create a business in poker?

Because I've always sort of like shied away from that, you know, and yeah.

you know, and it just so happens that I have a lot of connections to the poker industry before, for, for trading cards, for ghost, right.

You know, uh, Jared Blesnick is probably our largest wholesale breaker of ghosts and, and, you know, uh, and then, uh, super good poker player.

Right.

And, uh, and Phil Helmuth and Jeff Gross have been investors in numerous companies, including ghost, right.

And including some, some previous companies.

So I've known a lot of these guys and, and,

Just looking at the poker, it was like, man, the poker industry is so incredibly fragmented.

But everyone is some form of small business, even like your average player.

And everything is geared towards the tournaments.

Everything is geared towards the vocal minority of the people that we see.

But it's so small.

There's so few of them.

So the idea was, I think that the poker industry is right for essentially a social network.

And it's kind of an antiquated concept because this is what we were building in 2010 and 2011, these niche social networks.

But I think that poker is this Goldilocks industry with the nature of the people and, by the way, the growth that's happening again in poker.

I mean, main events back on ESPN, we're sort of riding the coattails of prediction markets and fantasy sports and legal sports gambling.

that I think the poker is about to go through another boom.

And so I was like, man, it's so fragmented.
