So I think that is the supply side of the equation, is that between the 90s through about 2010 or so, we saw this big increase in just the number of schools matched

there are in the United States. matched

And not only that, but with the rise of online classes, you have students who have more options now. matched

And so that's injected some competition in certain corners of higher education. matched

And so we might have an oversupply problem. matched

We have lower demand, and then we have, in some cases, oversupply. matched

And I think what you're seeing is some type of market correction going on right now, where those two forces are matched

pushing down price growth. matched

I must emphasize prices are still growing. matched

They're just not growing at the same pace that they were. matched

And we're also starting to see some schools close. matched

So, you know, I think over the next few years, we're going to see, you know, sort of, I don't know if you could call it a popping of the bubble, but you're going to see some slower price increases than we have seen. matched

I must also point out, matched

that public schools and private schools are affected by different forces. matched

Public schools, which most people go to, have seen an increase in state funding in recent years as the economy has improved and tax revenues have improved. matched

You've seen states increase their direct funding to colleges, which in turn relieves the pressure on them to charge higher prices for students. matched

If they can get a bigger source of their revenue from the states and the students, then matched

that in and of itself is going to affect tuition growth. matched

So there's a lot of different factors at play here. matched
