Well, from my experience, it came at an opportune time.

It made the world feel more exciting.

For me, it was movies.

Jones had this cinematic worldview.

He described the world in terms of, you know, Sidney Lumet's network and John Carpenter's They Live and every Stanley Kubrick movie.

I was just a guy who – that's how I communicated.

That's how I saw the world.
