Well, I know, I believe men have a version of it as well, but I know women who are Orthodox in Judaism do something called a mikvah, which is once a month, it's sort of like a dip in a holy bath in a female, like basically an all-female spa in a sort of blessed body of water, and they sort of like do a cleanliness, sort of just a cleansing once a month. I did hear about this.

I feel lucky, right? My access point to God and spirituality is the 12-step program. So I got sober at 21 years old. And it's not a prerequisite. You don't have to have a higher power, but it's helpful. And so it's allowed me to sort of look back at what was my relationship with God before that. And I think I always believed in God. I just wasn't sure he was a fan of me.
