And she kind of stops there.
She's like, we're just pen pals, nothing more.
She also told investigators that she'd been feeling lonely at the time and started connecting with Grant and that made her feel better.
Police then start pressing her on the content of the messages with Grant.
And she continues to play dumb and be like, well, I don't remember sending all of them.
But then she kind of walks that back immediately and she's like, oh yeah, well, here's my explanation for those messages.
She then proceeds to tell the police that her and Aaron were having problems in their marriage and that she was daydreaming about being in a different situation.
And by daydreaming about a different situation, if that's prison, that's what she should have been daydreaming about.
Because come on, most people daydream about a vacation, about buying a new home or, you know, something they've wanted for a long time.
I don't know anybody who sits around daydreaming about hiring a hitman to kill their husband slash wife.
That's very, very strange.
And I think it just tells us Victoria's mind is in a very dark place and has been for a while.
Or she's just insane.
But then she tries to sort of spin this like, oh, I'm daydreaming about killing him.
But it's just a fantasy.
Nothing was going to ever happen.
Which, come on.
This is the police.
They know.
