I mean, it's just horrible on all counts.
But after this, Victoria's lawyers argued to try to get Victoria a shorter sentence.
Because they claimed that she had abandoned the plot to kill Aaron back in November of 2024.
And when I heard that, I immediately thought of something else.
Because if we remember back to when Grant Amato's contraband phone was seized by prison staff, this was in October 2024.
So just weeks after the first attempt.
So did she really decide on her own to stop plotting to kill Aaron?
Or did she just simply lose access to Grant because he didn't have his phone anymore?
And would she have continued had she still had access to him?
Makes you think.
Because I think ultimately the circumstances just changed.
This plan was clearly falling apart.
She lost access with Grant.
And so I think it was more so that's why the whole plot stopped rather than her trying to do the right thing and fix what she had already done.
I don't buy that whatsoever.
Either way, the judge showed very little sympathy for Victoria.
She's not going to just get off with a slap on the wrist or 90 days in jail or anything insane like that, because I think everybody would have been pissed.
Victoria ended up being sentenced to a minimum of 36 months and up to 90 months in prison, which is roughly three to seven and a half years at the Florence McClure Women's Correctional Center in Nevada.
Have fun in prison, bitch!
not a fun place to be, which I think it's hard.
