The amount of knock-on effect that has on the rest of the squad, I think we've seen borne out.
So as much as squad reshaping, which we do need to do, there needs to be a change in mentality.
There needs to be more... I mean, how many captains have we got in that squad?
Are you really telling me, Virgil, aside, or maybe Dom Sobers, anything more like leadership material?
I don't.
The shift in mentality and performance, as much as the injuries, as much as the squad depth, it's all going to change.
And I think that's possibly the hardest thing to change.
It's not easy, but if you've got a gap in the squad, you can go and sign a player.
That for me is a bit of a circus, a bit of a sideshow.
You know the biggest indictment this season and how bad it's got?
It's the apathy.

And that's why I'm going back to this, you know, it's, I don't know, football's just full of cliches and there's the doubt is to believe and all that, but it's literally that.
It's literally that.
And I don't know what, I don't know how the club are going to address it.
They should have done.
