I think it's really what you touched on there is something that I think a lot about in what we do and it's clear it's in what you do.

But I just think humour is like the absolute, it's like the trick to proper vulnerability for most people, is for me anyway.

Like I couldn't live with being purely vulnerable without...

that sort of vulnerable level of talking about what's going on with my life without being able to have a laugh at it.

You mentioned in the story about losing your virginity that before that and maybe after, you felt somewhat worthless.

Did that start early?

Do you have any early memory of that?

Yeah, I've never really heard narcissism talked about like that.

I hope this isn't delving too deep into something, but when your wife says to you, are you just trying to hold forward the family, does that hurt?

I feel like I've only ever let go of my ego when it's not challenged.
