I have a friend, he says either you want to invest in the high school and college dropouts or you want to invest in Elon Musk.
Everyone in between, it's kind of shady.
Yeah.
Out of those 43 investments, any of them really standing out at the moment?
I'm lucky I've invested in several unicorns.
I was a first investor in a company called Owner.com, which is now a multi-billion dollar company.
First investor in a company called Micro One, which closed at half a billion last week.
And I'm now on the board of that company.
And I wasn't the first investor, but I was an early investor in Figma.
And so that was done.
Wow.
That's impressive, man.
So did you make your capital from Do Not Pay?
So Do Not Pay is profitable and pays dividends.
And my very first investment, I was actually interviewing him for the Teal Fellowship because once you're a fellow, they help select the future class sales car.
And I met this guy, Adam Gilt, and he struck me as one of the top 0.1% of people I've ever met.
And the reason was that he was trying to save his mom's dog business during COVID, actually using AI by trying to beat Google search so that it ranked at the top.
Wow.
And so I interviewed him, had lunch with him, and I thought, if now's the opportunity to invest, this is the time because this guy is truly something special.
And I didn't have any money, to your point.
