And so I would love to invest in first time entrepreneurs where I can help them move much faster with pitching, getting on the Silicon Valley circuit.

I do generally make the entrepreneurs move to San Francisco.

I joke with them that the second they move to San Francisco, the valuation of that company double because it's such a great ecosystem.

The new mayor is very popular and especially for AI, it's never been more like that.

It's such a terrible lifestyle to live there that the only thing you can do is build and work.

I mean, there's nothing to do.

It's not like Vegas.

That's true.

Yeah, I've been there once and that seemed like everything there.

Well, it's expensive for not even that nice, for like a white house.

I'm all in on San Francisco because I have to be there, unfortunately.

I'm jealous of you.
