That story was just overwhelmingly common.
There's sort of this truth amongst the locals that this is all happening.
Yet, when that story goes to the national media, the national media treats it like Bigfoot sightings.
That is the veracity that is granted the heritage citizens of Springfield, I believe, largely because they're a working class, conservative, Trump voting, predominantly white community.
So there's sort of the basket of deplorables, so to speak, the heritage residents of Springfield.
And so they're already disdained by the managerial elite within the media and those circles.
And so there's this divide of classism like, well, obviously you're not telling the truth about Haitians.
Oh, and if the things that are happening are happening, well, that's good.
You deserve it.
And so there's that two part of the story that's there.
It's not happening and you're racist for saying it is.
Oh, it is happening?
Well, good, because you're racist, you deserve it.
And let's say an observation that I had, which was confirmed by several locals who were very much in the know, is something like, the reason Springfield was selected
To have the Haitians, the reason why the Haitians are still there in the immense numbers that they are, between 8,000 and 12,000 is the current estimate that I got.
The reason there are so many Haitians in Springfield is to punish Springfield.
And that observation does bear itself out.
