His was a walk off, I think, but mine wasn't.
But still, similar feelings, right?
So, yeah, it was great.
It's good.
Anytime the organization has a big moment of success, we all get to enjoy it.

Yeah, and my wife's from Pittsburgh, so I have to, I go back to Pittsburgh very often.
couple times a year actually just to be around her family.
Yeah, everybody's path is different, I guess.
And then I've been in Pittsburgh for a while.
And just like a lot of players in their tenure with organizations, seems to be tied to the leadership that kind of got them there, whether it's drafted, traded for, or whatnot.
you know, the guys that have signed and drafted me and developed me had moved on to other organizations because there was a big change with the Pirates and the new regime just, you know, wanted to make a change.
Some guys were on their good list and I guess I was in the naughty list.
So I think that change was wanted and needed on both sides.
And, you know, things just weren't feeling great.
They weren't gelling for me or the organization there for a minute.
And when the change came,
I was really happy, excited to get a new chapter of my career somewhere else and I was blessed that it was Toronto.
