And I think there's a tradition on some of the shows to try to avoid it, even though Johnny Carson literally established the idea of roasting everyone, right?

And I think Colbert, because he's such a great artist and so brilliant in the way he delivers things, there's a subtlety to it.
There's not a meanness to it.
You know, he's funny and acerbic, but he's not mean.
And he's, he's punching up all the time, punching up at somebody who's destroying the country and he can see it.
And I think Kimmel, I would put him in the same category.
Kimmel's a lot more harsh, right?
