We love us the Lemonheads.
But what they've done is they have put a megawatt spotlight on the importance of two things, independent media and the First Amendment.
For those who didn't listen in civics class and didn't really understand what the First Amendment was, they've made everybody take out their pocket constitution and read it.
They have forced people to care because instead of grabbing someone that nobody knows and only grabbing the people who are upcoming like a Georgia Fort who may not have been able to easily galvanize the whole country, Don Lemon is a global name.
They have put the whole world on notice that America is officially an autocracy that punishes journalists no different than Iran or Russia or Hungary or China.
They have shown what Trump is by having that Don attack the wrong Don.
They picked the absolute worst person to do this to because you're not scared.
You have an army, you have your people, and you have your journalistic community united behind you.
So Donald Trump, you messed up.
This was a mistake.
You should have never done it.
You shouldn't have put Don Lemon in it.
And now that you did, we ride at dawn.
