So I do tell people that if you clean off the energy right away after an injury has happened, then it can heal because it hasn't set in the body.

So if things are created out here first...

And then they sit in the body.

Then it takes a little longer to heal them.

Sometimes it's a one and done thing.

But typically it's something they've had for years.

Then we have to work on that a little longer.

You've got to take my class to find out.

I sweep it.

I sweep the energy off.

It's literally like I'm cleaning the windows.

Yeah.

And my husband was stung down in Mexico a couple years ago by a stingray.

He just came up and stung him on the knee.

And he just doubled up in pain.

He's like, get me out of the water.

It's level 10.

So we pull him out of the water.

And he's like, what are we going to do?

And I said, we're going to do what I do.
