You have to learn the difference between works of the flesh and grace.
And I'll give you my example.
I came from a very difficult background, sexual abuse from my father.
And so I felt really, really bad about myself.
Just lived with condemnation all the time.
Felt like God was mad at me all the time.
I mean, I always say, if I didn't feel wrong, I didn't feel right.
You know, that was... Feeling wrong was my normal.
And I always felt like God was mad at me for something, although I didn't know what it was.
And so when I started hearing messages in church, I...
I tried to go home and do every one of them.
I tried to change.
