You know, right now the administration wants to say that he's a member of MS-13.
I went back and looked at the original pleadings, and the evidence that the administrative immigration judge rejected against him was this.
He had a Chicago Bulls T-shirt and a hat.
And an anonymous informant said that he had been a member of MS-13 West, which is a faction of the gang in New York City, where Abrego Garcia had never lived.
So the immigration judge rejected that and issued that order that said he could not be returned to El Salvador, a country that he had left, by the way, because he was being subjected to threats, including death threats from a gang.
That means the government can now decide that anyone is a terrorist if you take this to extremes, right?
They could say that you or I had done something wrong, and so long as they could get us out of the country and into a prison in El Salvador or someplace else before a court in the United States could hold a hearing, then they can make this argument, well, oopsie, right?

And they could say that about any of this if the Supreme Court can't draw the line here.
