Julien agreed with my choice.
I said, it's him that I know, it's him that I feel, it's him that I feel, it's him that I want to work with.
He's going to make us better too.

So I called Sylvain and I offered him the job right away.
There was no interview process or anything.
I was confident of my choice.
And Julien said, I said, I'll give you a few days.
But if he had said no, I would have been in a much more in-depth process, and I would have looked a little everywhere, through the Légion du Québec and elsewhere.
But yes, I'm happy, it's a good fit.
With JD Forrest, with Max Vaillancourt, and Jake Wheeler, they know him from last year.
It's a good head of hockey, as you say, and we're really happy.
Yeah, I'm pretty lucky, especially... I work with him, and last year, he appointed me as the team's general manager, which I've done a lot in my hockey career.
I've always done both at the same time, even in junior high or with Hockey Canada.
He lets me go back to management, and we work a lot together with Jeff Tambolini and Jimmy Pusher.
We're not a lot, we work well together, everyone.
You're right, he's a great guy.
When you're with him and you work with him, you realize why he's successful.
