Juan Carlos Guerra was arrested after a traffic stop and charged with three counts of kidnapping.

Aurelia Chocock, her teenage daughter and two-year-old son have been missing since late January.

A black van seen at their residence the day they disappeared is being investigated.

Mobile County Sheriff Paul Birch said he hopes Guerra will talk.

A second man, Silverio Garcia, is also in custody.

He's said to be the missing mom's boss and reportedly dating her adult daughter.

Garcia is charged with gun possession, but so far not with the disappearances.
