I have stood under Saddam Hussein's concrete arch.
It was crumbling in 2009, less than 25 years after it was constructed in Iraq.
It's crumbling because it was built by a man that was disdained by the population of the nation.

You know, I spent the day with Ronaldo and Lorenzo Jr.
at that press briefing, you know, in very close contact with the family as we seek to get legal representation for them in what will be claims and suits that we will file on behalf of the family in regards to the violation of Lorenzo's civil rights.
As you mentioned, one of those men is Victor
Salgado, the brother of Lorenzo and the uncle of these young men and two of their other employees.
So we've had direct contact with Victor's family and also with one of the other men, his daughter as well.
And so they both told us the same story, that they're being pressured to sign a self-deportation order.
And my concern was that they were inclined to do so, inclined to do so because they are undocumented, inclined to do so because they don't want to bring any additional legal jeopardy to their family, given the mixed status.
But the fact of the matter is that they are the only witnesses to what actually happened.
And so we're going to continue to fight for Lorenzo and his family and his rights, but also for these men, and make sure that they have legal representation so that they can stay in this country, so they can give their witness account and statements.
But our sense is DHS is pushing this as quickly as they can to get rid of these witnesses.
We have, you know, the same argument, the same playbook, the same template that they use with Rene Good.
They confronted, you know, the person.
They used the vehicle offensively as a weapon.
The officers start in self-defense.
That's already starting to fall apart here in this particular case.
