I would like to see someone brought in.

I would like suspects declared.

I would like, at least for the low hanging fruit, to be dealt with.

I would have signed, as I said before, I would have signed an arrest warrant for theft because I do believe that is Nolan's voice, regardless of what any person they put before us said.

I think there's enough other witnesses would say that Nolan at some point was in an altercation with somebody and someone had his phone unlawfully.

I would also want to know why a person had this phone that did not turn it over to the parents without them having to go search for it.

That person is an extreme person of interest to me.

And so the people that were cleaning that boat need to be investigated.

So there's several things that if it was properly brought before me, I would not have problems signing search warrants or various things as well as

one or more arrest warrants.

So in this instance, that's not being done.

I've never sat on the bench in that jurisdiction, but I sat on the bench in two separate jurisdictions in Mississippi.

And I'm telling you what I would have done had it been presented to me by law enforcement by now.

And there's a reason it's not being done here.

I believe they are intentionally trying to have tunnel vision.

They don't want to look towards certain people.

And the light is becoming ever more glaring on certain individuals that they refuse, are going to refuse to the last second to believe that they could have done something so heinous as what may have gone on here.

I don't believe that boy went swimming on the island by himself in the middle of the night.

I don't believe someone that was raised by his father to stay with the group and had never

altered from that would do that at the last moment and end up dead.
