Jamil Bitar, a paramedic, said he arrived at the site of an earlier strike in Habbush on Friday morning.
after an earlier team had rescued three survivors.
A second strike then hit the area, killing his two colleagues.
Rescue operations were halted due to continuing airstrikes, and the bodies of the two paramedics were later recovered.
Bitar also said a family of six, including three children and an infant, remained trapped under the rubble.
The UN says Israeli airstrikes since March 2 have killed at least 130 first responders.
Israel had no immediate comment on the deaths.
