And just a small point of clarification, I guess, in that the reconsideration came because I voted no and had the findings for denial on the dais that night.

And so then it was deferred, and then we came up with this working group.

And I think Ms.

Myers really put her finger on it in that this does not appear to be open to the public.

And I was able to send a staff member

TO THE WORKING GROUP, BUT I HAD TO ASK AROUND AND ASK AROUND AS TO WHEN THE MEETING WAS HAPPENING, WHERE'S THE MEETING, AND MY STAFFER DID ATTEND ONE MEETING, AND THEN AT THAT MEETING IT WAS DECIDED THAT THERE WOULDN'T BE A MEETING YESTERDAY.

And so we didn't plan to have staff there.

And then there was a meeting yesterday.

So I did send a formal email today to please make sure that all board offices are informed of when these meetings are, where the meetings are, and the nature or type of meeting, whether it's virtual or in person.

um i and this is this is a little bit my fault but i was focused more on the substations the night that mr turner brought his motion but then i realized at the bottom it said they're going to be discussing the role and design of all future substations and the seven-year infrastructure plan for loudoun county and now i see here in the memo that we're talking about routes

And so, yes, HOA members are there, but can those HOA members really be expected to inform the entire county about these conversations that are happening?

And if we don't at least have every district in there, I think that a lot of our constituencies are being left out.

And we were voted into office to represent them.
