And listen, I have been unhappy with a lot of their decisions.
There are two cell towers that should have been built in my district until the schools decided, we're not putting cell towers.
We're canceling that agreement.
We're not going to put cell towers on our property.
And as much as I hate that, and as much as I want to scream and yell about it, and as much as every time I drive down Algonquian Parkway and I can't hear people I'm talking to, I always think the schools refuse to put cell towers on two of their properties, and that's why I can't have a phone call on Algonquian Parkway.
But it is their land.
As much as we hate it, it is their land and they have made decisions and they have deliberated just like we deliberate and make decisions.
And so I, this just does not feel appropriate to me to try and push them and push them around.

I'll I'll move um approval of the request to continue the case to july sixteenth, twenty twenty six.
Miss Ballow.
Thank you, Madam Chair.

My question was exactly the one um the board member Ruzi had and I would just like to follow up with that one one step further.
Does does the Fair Housing Act um
require the county to I guess not issue a notice of violation?
Like is there anything from the Fair Housing Act that would require you to, you know, stop with your NOV?
process like or or does it have to be adjudicated through a a variance?
Or or some other type of application.
