Like which country or company or somebody in some other country around the world is willing to accept a bail or a ship load of our plastic.
Because in some places you can still make some money off of certain parts of it.
Well, that's why there is a global plastics treaty being negotiated.
Now, it continues to be delayed.
The U.S.
had played more of a leadership role, has pulled out.
There are over 100 other countries around the world who are willing to, like, lay down a global law that goes upstream, that helps turn off the tap.
So state is where it's at, right?
