process-driven and mechanised, but the risk now obviously is that an AI written job application is going to an AI reviewer, whereas you want to break out of that and have the humans engage and work out if that's the right person for the job.

So I do think we're going to see a future where, yes, the machines are doing so much, but we will really be valuing those human interactions and really valuing human creativity.

And I feel like I've had a

deep dive into human creativity, reading all of the books for the Women's Prize for Fiction and working out the long list, then the short list, then the winner, The Correspondent by Virginia Evans, a great book.

So great.

I loved it.

It's a terrific read.

She's a first time published author.

of the six books on the shortlist, four are by first-time authors.

And so they all really repay a read and are beautiful examples of human creativity.

So I am an optimist around it all in that sense.

I don't think it's obvious that they do come together, but maybe some of the skills from one are transferable to the other.

I mean... Diplomacy, perhaps?

Diplomacy might be one of them.

I mean, I did chair a judging panel full of feisty women with their own takes on things.

I did joke at one point, I've chaired Australian Cabinet and it's been easier than this.
