give up that lead that they took in the third inning, that was in large part because of Shane Bieber's Blue Jays legacy game.
What can you tell about that performance and how important it was in the moment that it came?
So that's uh first of all, that's really validating I guess because I will say Blake, um surprise, surprise, my my brother in law was um uh with me when we watched this game and every inning when Shane Bieber was walking off the mound, we were we looked at each other and said
He may have good stuff.
Maybe.
We don't kn there's no way of n he's getting it done.
We know he's getting it done.
But yeah, it just felt like
Professional, I think, is such a good word here.
Veteran is another good word because it's a guy who maybe does not have, you know, the the the most devastating stuff that day, but he controlled everything else that was within his control.
It was living on the edges, it was location, chief among it among everything else, and then
you know, just getting out of jams, knowing what the situation needed on any given t at any given time, regardless of how well you're actually getting the slider to break or whatever it may be.
So that's um
You know, that's that's pretty validating just in terms of y what what the eye test is telling you and then what the numbers tell you afterwards as well.
