Somebody threw around the word deserve recently.

A couple of weeks ago, we were sort of talking about the Logies and the announcements coming out of the nominees and stuff.

And I'm like, well, deserve is a tricky word in a popularity contest.

Yeah.

Because it's not about the work, is it?

It's not about, so if you're going to put two people on television that's, you know, one's been around this long, so one's not more worthy.

It's actually just the last 12 months' work.

Through these high-octane periods, I stay away from anything that's been written because it's, I mean, it's just in my nature.

It's that people-pleasing.

If someone says something mean, I not only remember every single word, I really worry and try and make changes.

It's nutty.

So I just think, oh, let's keep the nuts on the lower volume today.

Every one of those nominees, you know, will be working so hard.

They're admired by the people that they work with because they put in that kindness and they put in that time and so –
