So in order not just to get cross about that, now that I understand that recipe, add menopause to it, turn the volume up on everything.

So what happens is as you get a little bit older, you know, you lose that ability to deal with it like you have in the past because all your volumes are turned up.

You're like, I've always been a chill person.
