It's just easier.

I even hear it in the talk out loud stuff.

So when I'm like, oh my God, like,

When I forget something, the spatial awareness of bumping into stuff, the spilling of a bottle of oil before serving the dinner.

It's jobs like that where I'm like, oh.

And then so now I'll like it's the internet that's helped me, I reckon.

It's Instagram that's helped me because what I'll then do is like someone will have a tip like if you just said you've

idiot.

Oh, because that's how I feel.

But now I'm like, now I often use the expression from dropping or dropping whatever I say, all day, every day.

It's all day, every day.

So that's okay.

because that's just this bit of all day every day.

And it kind of talks me down a little bit.

Instead I'm like, you're an idiot.

You knew why.

Why have you left yourself 15 minutes to get ready for a red carpet event and you've stuck the lashes on and the glue's all down your face?

You're an idiot for doing that.

All that sort of stuff is constant and I have been able to turn the volume down on that because I didn't want to just double down then and give it to my two girls because

that I'm walking around the house saying, oh, you are a moron.
