Like at the start of the season, I'll be honest, with so many changes, obviously Hickey being one of the main ones we'd lost and Rob Slevin as well going up to Derry.
And I was very worried about how we'd start the season.
And I was kind of looking at the fixture list and we had a few top away games and we had home games against the teams around us.
So like our home fixtures, it was first home to Drogheda, then we'd Sligo at home, Dundalk at home and now Waterford at home.
And I was kind of thinking if we start the season slowly, it could be a really long season because...
A lot of these players that we brought in hadn't League of Ireland experience and you just didn't know what you're going to get.
But to be honest, we've actually started the season pretty well.
That first game against Drogheda, now, we should never have lost that.
Obviously, we missed the penalty to go 1-0 up.
And if we go 1-0 up, at the very worst, we're going to draw.
But Drogheda were quite poor that day, I thought.
But, yeah, hit us with a soccer punch.
And that's been a bit of the story of the season as well.
Like, we got a good draw up on shells.
