So we're getting a lot of people in and a lot of people, and not necessarily the problem, but one of the challenges is we had a pretty generous free trial package in the past.

Essentially the team was allowing anyone to take a free trial for as much of the services as they wanted.

And, uh,

So a lot of people, what we noticed was a lot of people were coming on and using it for the one month free trial and then canceling once they had their big event and never coming back.

So some of the leaks in the ship that we're trying to plug now.

I'm getting numbers from him.

I've actually looked at the numbers from a high level, but I never really dug in because in my mind, the LTV seems a bit high.

So I can't really use that as anything other than a general estimate right now.

But given the fact that I've been here five weeks, I'm taking everything with a grain of salt.

I think that's a very fair assessment.
