And that is that, so doing this podcast, I reach out to people all the time who have lived through, you know, God awful events.

And the vast majority of them never respond to me.

The vast majority are like, I don't want to talk about that.

That was horrible.

The way I can move through the world is to never talk about that ever again.

And I'm wondering, why do you talk about it?

And why do you think about this thing that happened to you?

Yeah.

That's a good answer.

I really like that.

Yeah.

And geez, the world needs less loneliness, needs more connection, more people talking about the thing, you know, the boogeyman rather than just to simply pretend it doesn't exist or hold our cards just close to our chest and, you know, just fake it.

Less of that.
