oh God, you know, okay, I created this, and now I created this piece of it.

We have visual artists and musicians, right?

So I created this illustration.

I'm going to put it out there.

What is everyone going to think?

And oh my God, I'm watching the likes come in and there aren't enough or there are too many and that's really scary or people are DMing me and, you know, and I hate that.

And so it's just like almost an obsession with the way the audience is reacting.

There's also this obsession with the volatility of the platform.

So trying to game the platform, right?

So trying to kind of understand, okay,

The algorithm, right?

To try to outdo the algorithm.

And let me tell you, that does not go well, right?

That does not go well for people and what this results in and what we call kind of distressing emotions, right?

So feeling that despair, that chamber of despair, right?

Feeling like you kind of can't go on.

Many of them experience what we call a crisis of meaning.

So like, why the F am I doing this even?

You know, what's the point of this?

And they're like, I'm a total failure.
